My Experience
There's no single pill that would work for me as all of the above drugs seem to play different roles in the energy boost. (I'll write in further detail later to go into more detail.) But let's assume that naringin or caffeine could help to make things more palatable, while the Caffeine or Creatine only do something to increase energy.
At first, I could feel that my energy levels were definitely going up during the day. After a few days, I actually felt like was getting a little tired slower. I still felt a lot of energy most the time, but I wasn't having very big 'meals'.
I decided to make an experiment where I took my usual morning caffeine and a dose of naringin placebo.

In the morning, I thought naringin was a little stronger than the Creatine I was taking and that this what was making me feel awake for so long. I also didn't have as much energy the last few days that I'm starting to feel. But on other days that naringin is working, my energy levels are much higher. The last days I have more energy than usual when taking naringin or placebo. I definitely think that it helped me to get sleep, as all day long I was in a very intense zone. However, my energy didn't seem to last for very long into the night if I wasn't doing something with naringin.
I've had this type of effect before and that isn't a bad thing. But I've never tried naringin and definitely don't want to try it. But the idea of just taking caffeine or Creat.
